Consolidate Repeated Values into 1 Row

My formulation was tested in 3 ways. My data set includes the testing dates alongside the results. Test Result 3 is date agnostic so it appears in my data set in both rows. I want to consolidate my data so that it is not separated in rows by date of testing.

I would like to go from something like this:

to something like this:

Re: Consolidate Repeated Values into 1 Row

one option: create a summary table

- with just one value (plus many empty rows) it doesn't matter if you use min, max, mean or median ...

- use "column" as name format - to get rid of the aggregation info.
