I think the best you can easily get in JMP is to utilize Diagram platform

Or maybe you can do something like this by being creative in Graph Builder with extra columns in your table. This example was done with Parallel plot in graph builder

Or you could use Run Program with something like PlantUML or Python Integragration (or maybe mermaidjs)

Or write your own script which creates something like in a graph box
