Broken Pipe Error
Hi Everyone,
Hope you're all well. I've been working on a GUI to run dimensionality reduction algorithms on gene-cell data in JMP, that uses the R-to-JMP interface. My script has worked on previous computers, but on my 2020 M1 MacBook Air, I get the error:
"The request could not be completed due to an unexpected failure in write to proxy. The system error is 32 (Broken pipe)." What would be the possible causes of this error? Let me know if this is too vague and if more info is needed. Thank you all for your consideration.
Thanks,
Aidan

Re: Broken Pipe Error
Please follow up with JMP technical support. The biggest piece of information needed is what version of JMP, what version of R? If you are not running JMP 16 you should upgrade. Many changes have been made to support Apple's new CPU architecture.
