I don't think you can access that directly through JSL. If you really want to, you might be able to edit registry on Windows, though I'm not sure how missing files are visible there Exporting "Recent Files" for migration to new computer so you might have to check each file and if it doesn't exist -> remove it from registry.

Combined with AutoHotkey to automate, other methods are too complicated.
