Can you see other JMP Pro platforms? If not, maybe the pro features somehow got disabled. you could try running the code below in a script window. I saw similar code on this forum a few weeks ago where someone wanted to disable the Pro features for training purposes, the response was to run the code below with a '1' in the 2nd line. I don't have JMP pro, so I can't test it, but it might need a JMP restart after running.
