  • Search functionality for substructures of SMILES

For Spotfire exists an Addin (Signals Inventa, former signal leads discovery) in which you can select a substructure of a SMILES graph and then search a database for all SMILES graphs that contain this substructure (isomorphic search). Does anyone know if there is software available with this functionality that could (easily) be connected to JMP?

  • Orthognal Regression (Deming Regression) Confidence Intervals for intercept estimates

How do you get CI's for intercept estimates using Fit Y by X>  Fit orthogonal  with eual variances.... i seem to just get the CIS for the slope estimate only.

  • Outlier Analysis

I have a dataset where I'm trying to identify outliers or otherwise points of interest. Looking at my models actual by predicted plot reveals points with star marker. However the Mahalanobis distance and Jacknife distance do not necesarrily identify these points in the same manner. Is there a recommendation on outlier analysis?

  • word wrap in script text

Usually a word wrap is applied to script text.Unpredictably, however, no wrap is applied when Save Script to Data Table is executed. Word wrap is favorable for viewing and editing scripts. Is there a way to ensure word wrap is applied as in screenshots?

  • DOE CCD

Dear community,  I am working with 7 factors, and one of them is a quality factor. I was planning to start with a screening analysis using a fractional factorial design (2^7-2) resolution (IV). I would like to add some center points to test curvature, but one of my factors is not a number but is quality factor (like material), I am not pretty sure how to deal with this factor and how to process it...

  • Strange 5 parameter logistic regression results

Hello, I have a large amount of Luminex data, using a 48plex panel, where each of the 48 analytes it detects in samples is calculated against a standard curve (so 48 standard curves total). Each column in my dataset is a different analyte. Each row corresponds to either a standard (in a 1:4 dilution series) or an unknown sample. I have been using the following function to fit the data using a 5 pa...

  • Multi component, multi supplier and multi concentration DoE design

I am trying to create a DoE design in which I have 3 supplement types and each supplement have 3 different suppliers. I would like to test more than 3 concentrations for each supplement. So I would need to use discrete numeric design, however this would mean that JMP's suggestion on the ideal concentration wouldn't be outside of these predetermined numbers. Another issue I seem to be facing with i...
