  • Reducing 80 Unique Values to 10 Unique Values

    I have a column in my data table that has over 80 unique (nominal) text values. I would like to take these 80 nominal values and reduce them to 10 in JSL by combing values that are not into the top ten (by amount of occurances) into a group called "other." What is the simplest way to accomplish this in JSL? Thanks for your help!

  • Can you "do math" in a data table?

    So far, I haven't found anything in the tutorials that tells me I can, but I thought I'd ask anyway.If I have imported a csv file into a data table, can I add the values of cells together, or set a cell equal to another cell like I can with excel?

         I have a script I am trying to profile and improve on. When I run the script without the profiler, it runs and ends within 4 minutes. When I try to profile the script, even after a good 5-6 minutes, it does not stop.   • chnging colors on PCA plot

    Hi,I seem to be able to change the color of the circle around the PCA plot but not the arrows which remain red no matter what I do. I changed the circle by Right Clicking on the plot --> Customize --> Circle and selecting the black color. I did the same using the option of Customize --> Arrow but nothing changes.Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks a lot.Helga
