Connecting JMP to an external API for the first time

Hi everyone, Our subcontractor has offered to share their data with us via their API. I hve never connected JMP directly to an API before, and I have a meeting with them later today. I’d love your advice on what key details I should ask them to make sure we can set up the connection smoothly, like authentication method/type (API key, OAuth2, username/password...), data formats, data structure......

CUSUM vs EWMA for subgroup aggregate analysis

Hello, I would love help with this question. We created a process across 9 different divisions. All the Divisions entered the project at different times over 2 years. We have individual division control charts, but could a CUSUM or EWMA chart be used to display aggregate, discrete data across the whole system for subgroups that enter at different times?
