    I want to draw a graph like this, and I have my data “relative bias” “lower 90% bias” “upper 90% bias” also target potency for x axis.

    I opened graph builder, and drug relative bias to y axis, target potency to x axis. and set error interval as custom interval, interval style as error bar. But I noticed that I can only put one of 90% relative bias in the interval box, where it automatically +- with...

  • Same script does not work in new data table

    I am re-doing an analysis to make sure I have the process correct (currently using JMP Pro 17).     In the first round, I imported a .xlsx file, saved it as a .jmp file, and then ran a script to format the variables.  Then, I successfully ran a second script.  No issues here; everything ran great.   For the second round, I took the same .xlsx file (with a different file name), imported it and save...

  • Mediation analysis with survival data

    Hello!    I was wondering how you can build a mediation analysis with survival data in JMP Pro 18.   • JMP 18.2.2 Excel Import Extremely Slow

    I have been using JMP scripts for a number of years to import large batches of excel files in a loop. Ever since the update to JMP 18 this now takes 4 or 5 times longer than it used to. Where opening 100 files may have taken around 5 minutes previously it now takes upwards of 20 minutes. None of my scripts have changed.   This is the typical syntax used:
