Hello! I've been reading the example posted on your website regarding design evaluation of D-optimal and I-optimal designs (https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/16.2/index.shtml#page/jmp/comparison-of-a-doptimal-and-an-ioptimal-response-surface-design.shtml)Somewhere in that post, it compares the relative prediction variance of both designs and states: "...This means that the relative standard erro...
Good Morning All, I am trying to create a script which will iterate through two columns on one data table and select all of the matching characters on another data table to perform a simple bivariate graph. To help visualize, consider me trying to iterate through Little Class.JMP by Sex and Name and select all matching rows on Big Class.JMP, then for each iteration, graph height by weight.
Members of my group use a Sharepoint workspace that includes raw test data that we'd like to import and process in JMP. Our shared script for processing that data is stored within the Sharepoint workspace itself, which seems to present problems for defining the folder path for the multiple file import function. It seems that Microsoft defines the path for a mounted Sharepoint or OneDrive folder as...
If I have a datatable dt with one column col1 and several rows containing characters e.g. a, b, c, d i.e. one character per row. How do I get a string of the form myString = 'a','b', 'c', 'd' ? If I do this x = Associative Array( dt:"col1" ) << Get Keys; show (x);
it gives me x = {"a", "b", "c", "d"};
whereas I would like to get a string myString = 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd'
to use further in my next line ...

I am trying to fill the column of Slopes_1 and Intercept_1 (1000 rows) from Slopes and Intercept (36 rows), respectively based on if Cycle 2(1000 rows) matches Cycle 3 (36 rows)Can you suggest a formula to be inputted in Slopes_1 and Intercept_1 ?
Hi all, I ran a initial DSD and now trying to follow up with Custom Design with some interaction term mimicking RSM. I set the range of lower and upper limit of each factor unless "fixed factors" as you can see below and added some interaction terms. Then I made the design without having center points/ replicates with I-optimality, which created 15 treatments by default.Most of the values generate...
hi, I have been using the Model Drive Multivariate Control Charts for my process monitoring for a few months and there are a few questions / issues I would like to check if anyone has encountered similar, any solution available 1. Very often the model is sensitive to deviations from the baseline but still within normal operating range and is flagged up in the T2 plot. It would be great if a weight...
Hello, i am wondering if it is possible to group runs into blocks after i have run all experiments in a DOE. i would do this in the case that i can't control how many runs i am able to do per day (maybe due to random equipment downtime or other uncontrollable factors), and i would like to group runs done in a single day into blocks. typically, it seems like runs are grouped into blocks at the p...
Hi, I've been looking at this add-in which is very useful.https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Add-Ins/Exploring-Model-Classification-Thresholds/ta-p/66964 In our case we don't have a probability but instead we have a status and a measurement that ranges between -10 and 10.I want to adapt the script so that the slider can move between -10 and 10 (I've already done it and it works). However the "Probab...
In GRaph Builder, "wrap" is a nice option to split a data set into small pieces and generate many sub-plots.
But sometimes, the window is just filles with the "titles" of the sub-plots an there is no space left for the plots.
Is there an option to hide the titles of the subplots?
In the "wrap" context menu, there is an option to remove the "title" (here: "data"), but not the sub-titles.
And in the red...
Hello Everyone, I am running a three-way ANOVA with data expressed in percentage, but the data set is not normal. Since I have zeros, I first add a constant 0.00001, then I fit the model, and in the least square fit window, I used the box cox transformation to do a better fit. I know if I ask to save the predicted values, it will save the back-transformed data, but is there an option for JMP to sa...
I'm using model screening and include XGBoost as a method. However the result from XGBoost are only shown in Train set and Validation set.Why the result of XGBoost for test set is not shown?
Hello JMP community members. Concerning the use of the Dantzig selector on big and sparse datasets.I wondered what features would be at disposal to tune the computational time.Right now it takes about 40 minutes to get a result back for a problem with 380 rows and 149 non-singular parameters. This makes me wonder about the options available to tweak the computation time. I was thinking about redu...
