How to display aliased terms in Fit model result
I am dealing with a fractional factorial design,and in the Fit model platform I find that if there is no terms aliased with each other in my model,the Singularity Details dialog will disappear.but I think this is very useful,you can get the alias relationship without further thought.and it is very helpful for me to select suitable terms into my model.is there any setting in jmp that make this di...

Handling Conditional Display of Y-Axis Variables in JSL for Graph Building
When using `graph built`, how can I describe the requirement in JSL that certain Y-axis variables, which may not always appear, should be displayed if they have values and not displayed if they have no values? The following two methods have not been effective. 1.
dt = Open("$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp"); Graph Builder( Size( 534, 450 ), Show Control Panel( 0 ), Variables( X( :sex ), try(Y( :bbb )

Graph Builder - How to Nest Group X Variables?
Hello, I'm trying to plot some data using graph builder, where serial number and response are plotted on X and Y. I'm trying to group by two variables - design and batch, but since each batch is only one design I would like to not include every batch number under each design. I can achieve close to the results I want by nesting the X-axis, but then I cannot plot by serial #.Any solutions for this?...

Question About F-Tests in GLMMs with Binomial Errors
Hi,
I have a question regarding Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMMs) in JMP pro. Most statisticians consider it inappropriate to use F-tests or t-tests to evaluate predictor contributions in GLMs or GLMMs with binomial errors. This is because F- and t-tests are based on sums of squares, which assume normally distributed residual errors.
While using a logit link function helps linearize the relati...LanaMilana

I can adjust the "plot_from_R" in png format with the set size(); function in jsl, but it is not proportional and distorted. How can I import plot_from_R in the size I want?
