  • GR&R calculation in script

Hi,I have several test parameters for which I need their GR&R results calculated by JMP and stored in a variable, using the JMP script. Specifically, I need the values reported on the GR&R analysis (shown below) as variables in a script. I assume that there is a function that by calling it in a script I can get these results (or some of them) as the return value of that function. I tried saving th...

  • ICH Q1E expiration timepoint extrapolation for repeated measurements

Dear All, I check the below link for stability extrapolation based on ICH Q1E https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/17.0/index.shtml#page/jmp/stability-analysis-in-the-degradation-platform.shtml# But, I have a concern for it. This example is for one measurement for each time point. However, pharmaceutical tests for instance assay analysis, we perform more than 1 measurement for each time point. Gene...

  • Widening Spec Limits to Account for GRR?

Hi.  Manufacturing/Statistical question here. Suppose you have parts that are being tested at multiple points during manufacture (nodes).  I''m curious if/how much do people widen their limits after the first node to account for GRR?  Do you just add 1 GRR to the USL/ subtract 1 GRR from the LSL?  Or is there some other consensus in the statistical community on how this should be handled? Historic...

  • Table summary: "N non-zero" ?

In the Table summary menu ...N counts all non-Missing entries (including 0s)N Missing counts all missing valuesSum sums the values,
which acts like ~ N non-Zero, if values are just 0 and 1But I miss an entry N non-Zero (which works in general ,not just for 0/1 values)There are many applications for such an aggregation, like:which cities had >=1 covid cases in the month/year xx/yyyy.which  wafers ha...

  • Parameter tabulation in nonlinear modeling

Hello JMP community. I am working on a project where I am modeling a nonlinear model to data for multiple part numbers and I want to tabulate the nonlinear parameters for each part number. As an illustration I have added a simple data table for 2 part # with a nonlinear script that models a typical RC circuit decay of voltage for each part based on the equation  V_t = V0 * exp (-t / tau), where V0 ...

  • Linear mixed model not showing "Random Effect" noise in simulator/monte carlo

I have fit a Mixed Model via the Fit Model platform in JMP Pro. When opening up the 'Prediction Profiler', and inspecting the Profiler itself, I can see the as expected predicted response and its as expected confidence interval in [], which reflects the variation due to the Random Effects I have fit.  However, when I run the 'Simulator' with equal experimental variables as above, and after adding ...

Hi,when I generate images within a project the window size attribute is ignored (the plot is always maximized). How do I prevent this to define a specific image size, esp. when the plots are saved? Best regards,Ole @martindemel

  • How to run JSL script in user opened JMP session instead creating a new seesion by JMP.dll?

Currently I developed a windows application based on Interop.JMP.dll. The application contains a functionality to generate JSL file and run it in JMP but I got a issue now. It seems can only create a new session and run it by application instead of using the session that user opened first. I'd like to confirm whether it's possible to run JSL in the session by user opened manually. Appreciate it if...
