    I have a data set of 40 samples, each measured using two instruments.  I would like a single Individuals Control Chart with both variables on the same Y-axis.  But the Control Chart Builder only allows for a single Y variable.  I've tried overlaying both using scripts without success.

  • Count number of unique items in column that meet some criteria

    Suppose in "Big Class" I'd like a formula that counts the number of unique names of people at or less than the height of the person in the current row.  How can I do that? I have this: thisHeight = :height;
    Col N Unique( :name, :height <= thisHeight ); I realize the second parameter is the grouping parameter, and it's more intuitive to try to constrain what gets passed into the first parameter, but...

  • Levey Jennings charts with subgroups gives wrong limits

    Hi, As indicated in other threads, there are several issues with applying Levey Jennings control charts. But when your data set has subgroups JMP just seems to miscalculate the control limits! The chart generated is for the average within subgroup but the calculated limits are for individual measurements as seen below, giving too wide limits.  It appears that division by the square root of subgrou...

  • Multiple Series Stack not working properly in JMP Pro 19.3

    Hi, I’m having an issue with the Multiple Series Stack option.
    When I activate this setting, the number of stacking columns does not update or change. Could you please advise what might be causing this or how to resolve it?
