Can I remove the title area from a JMP window ?

view all learning resourcesHello, I'm currently running Gauge R&R report through JMP, and the steps I do is to use Variability/Attribute Gauge to generate the Gauge R&R table with measurement sources and variation. I'm using the steps below: The issue is that after I run the variability chart, I need to manually generate the gauge RR table below: After that, I use combined data table feature on the measurement source...
I have a large set of respondent data where the same respondent may have multiple rows of data (and that is okay), and I want to create a new column that marks a 1=yes if the respondent is a duplicate (for ALL their rows of data, not just the 2nd/3rd/etc. instance), and 0=No if the respondent is not a duplicate (only in 1 row of data). I do NOT want to remove any duplicates. For this example, lets...
In one experiment, I have several factors whose factor levels (maximum vs. minimum value = range) differ substantially in their real-world dimensions. For one factor, the range is about 4%, for another factor about 16%, with several other factors lying in between. At present, these are only estimates of the minimum and maximum factor levels chosen so as not to impair the overall function of the ob...
Suppose I have a response metric Y which is seeing a sudden uptick in mean, while variance is similar. Assume it is influenced by upstream process factors, P1, P2, P3, P4. What is the best way to estimate which of the process factors P1-P4 contributed most to the mean uptick? I have run POV analysis before to estimate contributors to variance, but is there a way to quantify similar effect on the ...

Hi everyone, I’m currently working with a Design of Experiments (DOE) created in JMP, and I’m interested in evaluating the quality of the randomized run order. Although JMP automatically randomizes the run sequence during design generation, I would like to objectively assess how effective that randomization is. In particular, I’d like to know whether JMP provides built‑in functionality or establi...
In a code, the coding for the expression handling was wrong and produced a surprising result.
I reduced it to an interaction between "x()" [inside Variables (x(:column))] and a variable x.
an example:
x= "hello";
type(x); // -> string
X(5) // -> "hello"
After defining a variable x, I can use it as a function x(...) - with an arbitrary argument
... and JMP will return the content of x.
someho...
Never mind, I figured it out - one of the functions had Eval() which was evaluating right when script starts.
I am writing a simple GUI prototype:
List of tables in a combo box, button to add\open table and Filter Col Box with column names of the currently selected table.
Everything works on the first run - tables are switched, columns are displayed, combobox reacts to tables being added, closed...
I created a mixture of mixtures test plan. Now that the data are collected, I'm not sure how to interpret the results. Can I get help to verify that I designed the experiment correctly, and also walk me through how to interpret the results? I am studying the friction of asphalt surfaces, and specifically the effects of aggregate type, aggregate blend ratios on coarse and fine fractions, and asphal...
Calculating the missing values in AHP matrix I have an incomplete AHP matrix, and I want to define the missing data using JMP, which method of screening values do you advice me to use, normal imputation, SVD imputation, or RPCA imputation. My second question as one part of the AHP matrix is equal to 1 divided on the second part. How can I tell JMP that to screen only the half of missed value whic...
