Questions answered by @Laura_Higgins , @DonnyKopp  and @HydeMiller at the live webinar:

Q: Where can I get the documentation Add-In?

    A: In the JMP Marketplace.

Q: Does Workflow Builder generate a script for each of the task done to automate similar tasks?

A: Yes. A script is always generated in the background and when doing most things in JMP.  See the Mastering JMP video on using Workflow Builder

Q: If you are in Graph Builder, and you press "z" for the magnifying glass, and nothing happens, what do you typically do next to make it work?

A: You can also click on the magnifying button in the menu/toolbar.

Q: Re. the Columns Manager, is it possible to change the data type of multiple variables all at once?

A: Yes, Columns Manager is the easiest way to do this.  From the top right panel, select multiple rows in the viewer and use the drop-down menus.

Q: What's the best way to get a nice summary of my data (Means, Standard Deviations, etc.) in a JMP report that is formatted nicely and which I can put in a PowerPoint presentation?

A: Analyze > Distribution > select the columns you'd like to see > OK > File > Export > Microsoft PowerPoint.  Or, you might like File>Export and then select PowerPoint and save to a dummy document.  You will have all the summarized data as objects that can be resized & copy/paste into your presentation.

Q: Can you do Hover labels when presenting in PowerPoint?

A: No, once in PowerPoint you are limited to its capabilities. However, one way I've seen this done is to record a short video of the graph and showing the hover graphs of interesting points, then embed the video into PowerPoint.

Q: How do I find Past Mastering JMP videos?

A: Search community.jmp.com/mastering and filter for Series Mastering JMP and Event Status Past Mastering JMP.  Using the filters you can find the video on Journals.
