FAQ: Can I have two different versions of JMP installed on my computer at the same time?
  • Yes with JMP 11 or later.
  • JMP 11 can be installed on a computer with a previous version of JMP.
  • The installation of JMP 11 does not remove the previous version and both versions are operable.

Additional note:

Before JMP 15: You can also install a 32-bit JMP and a 64-bit JMP Pro or vice versa. But not a 32-bit and 64-bit of the same type (“JMP and JMP” or “JMP Pro and JMP Pro”)

After JMP 15: You can install both JMP and JMP Pro in the same version . Make sure you have the correct installation package (JMP vs. JMP Pro) as the default installation folder and license file will be different.

@martindemel Similarly, I can have JMP 18 and JMP 19 at the same time on my system?

@zetaVagabond1  Yes, this is possible, unless your IT does not allow it and only rolls out one version of JMP and uninstalls the old one automatically. However, technically it is working, I have multiple versions installed in parallel.
