This can be done by selecting the target column and selecting "Columns" -> "Utilities" -> "Create Columns from Text."

[Example] Split the "Name (Age, Gender)" column into "Name", "Age", and "Gender" columns

1. Select the "Name (Age, Gender)" column and select Columns -> Utilities -> Create Columns from Text.
2. In the "Create Columns from Text" window, enter "()," as the delimiter and click OK.
