The report window does not have a menu bar, and the data table window menu does not have a selection tool available. How can I copy part of a report?

In JMP 9 and later for Windows, each window now has its own menu bar and toolbar.

In the Data Table window menu, only the Arrow Tool and Help Tool under Tools are available.

In report windows (analysis and graph output windows) there are other menu selections available.

In JMP 9 to JMP 15, the default setting for [Preferences] -> [Windows only] -> [Auto-hide menus and toolbars] is "Based on window size" (※), so the menu bar and toolbars of report windows, etc. may be hidden. (※ In JMP 16 and later, the default setting is "Never.")
In this case, place the cursor on the gray line below the window title to open the menu bar.
