To add solid Iso-lines on a coloured-filled-contour plot and to have the ability to change the colours of the numbers and marker in a contour plot

What inspired this wish list request?

We are trying to build contour plot using the contour-plot option with filled area colour coded with different levels. To add solid Iso-lines on a coloured-filled-contour plot and to have the ability to change the colours of the numbers and marker in a contour plot currently is impossible

What is the improvement you would like to see?

To add solid Iso-lines on a coloured-filled-contour plot and to have the ability to change the colours of the numbers and marker in a contour plot

Why is this idea important?

because in majority of the cases, contour plots allow to identify safe (green zones) and unsafe zone (red). But if clear demarcation lines and possibility to change colour of the number (digits) is not there... the contour plot is not given what it supposed to deliver.

Hello @ALISIDDIQUI , thank you for your request. I want to point out that the ability to show the lines and filled contours is already a feature of the Graph Builder contour element. Unfortunately we do not have the contour labels in Graph Builder.

Thanks a lot @Valerie_Nedbal. But, the request and the associated image I sent; were relating to the CONTOUR PLOTS in the top menu.  Please have deeper look at the image I shared in my request...

Graph-> Contour Plots

There is either Lines, or filled options, however, it is necessary for most useful purposes; particularly for plots such as safe-operation-zones, Isobaric / Isothermal contours plots to have Lines in combination with the filled areas. The Label-value are paramount for such analytics with the filled-coloured regions and the Iso-lines demarcating them properly.

Thanks for adding these features.

Regards
