Option to use rowstate column in platforms instead of table rowstate

The table rowstate is good for hiding and excluding observations in an analysis.

Unfortunately, the table rowstate is too easily changed.

You can preserve rowstates in a rowstate column, but you then either have to replace the table rowstate or resort to JSL coding to use the rowstate column.
