New Default graphlet options for platforms that produce summary data and plots of summary data

The response screening platform, for example, produces plots where each point effectively represents summary characteristics of an x-y plot.  It would be nice to see those x-y plots as a hover graphlet when users hover over each point.  This could be on by default in the platform or could be a platform-specific graphlet option.
