Laney P and U charts

Can you please add the ability to test for over dispersion/under dispersion and then the option to make Laney P and U charts?

Hi Steve,

Lany P' and U' charts are being added in JMP 17. We've considered adding tests for over and under dispersion, but there does not seem to be consensus in peer-reviewed publications on an appropriate method. Do you know of any cited references?

Thanks Steve, we've found that as well. However, no references are cited that we can find. Still looking for a peer-reviewed publications if you come across any.
