1) There is a need to add more curves to the Fit Curve menu and offer the same functionality to the Non-Linear Fit platform curves, especially around supplementary factors and DOE analysis. Maybe these platforms can be merged.
2) I can see some advantages to having in the drop-down Models option in FDE, the Fit Curves model options under Wavelets. This might encourage people to think more about actual theoretical models and the science behind them, instead of using the easy back-box models.
