The laser pointer in JMP is a great tool for highlighting things as one teaches using JMP. It would be a lot more handy if, in addition to freehand drawing, one could create arrows and rectangles to highlight items in the output. My freehand drawing sometimes actually obscures what I'm trying to highlight thanks to the uncertainties of mouse movements under control of just my hand. (Hopefully that's clear?) Thank you.
