I would hope to find in JMP 18 enhancements of the matched pairs platform or have them implemented in

a different platform like the Fit Y by X and doing the data matching while using the standard data format in JMP.

 

These enhancements should include Bland Altman plots with limits of agreement for independent and repeated measures, ICC correlation for different data structures and properties (one-way, two-way, random, non-normal), Lin's CCC, and maybe other features relevant for comparing matched data.

 

Support data analysis of multi-reader multi-case (MRMC) studies of different structures.

In JMP 17, we plan to include Passing-Pablock analysis and Bland-Altman Analysis methods.  

 

For the other ideas, could you provide some additional information on when and how you would use these analysis methods, and also how you would like to see the results displayed?
