Add maximize/minimize window buttons on PDF Import Wizard screen

Not sure why it didn't post my answers to the questions.

 

The idea to is add the typical maximize/minimize window buttons to the upper right of the PDF Import Wizard screen.  I've been using the wizard a lot lately, and it can be tedious to manually move and resize the window to get it to full screen (which is helpful to clearly see text in the PDF image).
