Add builtin "Recall" message to all Windows created by "New Window"

Provide a builtin "Recall" message to all objects created by the New Window function.

The Recall message should traverse the whole display tree and revert the state of all display boxes to the last state recorded state when the window was closed last time or when a "Store Window State" message was sent. The exact behaviour should be configurable when constructing the window.

The behaviour should mimic the behaviour of Recall functionality in the platforms with a minimum of coding effort.

great idea!
Many official menus have a recall button - and it's a pain if the Recall button is missing, like in MFI.

So, it's clear that Recall buttons are extremely useful!

Implementing the functionality into every window should be quite straight-forward - starting with @MikeD_Anderson 's script after adding all variants that are still missing there.

@Ryan_Gilmore what was the reason to archive this wish?
