Add Ability to Change Bubble Plot's Color Theme Consistently with Graph Builder

If you double-click a Bubble Plot's legend, the dialog that appears does not provide access to change the Color Theme as doing the same does in Graph Builder.  Changing a Bubble Plot's Color Theme is "hidden" under the Red Triangle menu instead.  (An "ID" variable is necessary for the Bubble Plot to have a Legend). 

Please allow changing the Color Theme from Bubble Plot's legend dialog box (maximize consistency to make learning and using JMP easier).
