Assign Colors to Column Values

Assign a range of colors to a column's values:

    1. Right-click the column and select Column Info.
    2. For nominal or ordinal values, click the Column Properties button and select Value Colors.
      • To assign a specific color to each cell, click the color circle in the right column next to the value and select a color.
      • To assign a gradient from high to low values, or between selected points, use the Macros button.
      • To assign a color theme, use the Color Theme button.
      • To color the cells in the data grid, select the Color Cell by Value option.

For continuous values, click the Column Properties button and select Color Gradient.

    • Choose a color theme.
    • You can also create your own custom color theme.
    • To modify the high or low values of the gradient, modify the minimum, maximum, or center values of the data.
    • To color the cells in the data grid, select Color Cell by Value.
