JMP 18 Fails to Launch or References an Expired License

If JMP (JMP Pro) 18 does not launch or incorrectly references a cached expired license, you may need to clear the current JMP 18 license information stored in the Windows Registry. Follow the steps below to reset and update your license status.

Steps to Reset JMP 18 License

  1. Download the License Reset File
    Download the ClearJMP18License.cmd file provided with this note.
  2. Run the File
    Double-click the ClearJMP18License.cmd file to execute it.
    Note: No confirmation prompt will appear upon completion.
  3. Launch JMP 18
    Open JMP 18. You should be prompted to enter an email address for authorization.
