JMP Fails to Launch or References an Expired License

If JMP (JMP Pro) does not launch or incorrectly references a cached expired license, you may need to clear the current JMP license information stored in the Windows Registry. Follow the steps below to reset and update your license status.

Steps to Reset JMP License

  1. Download the License Reset File
    Download the ClearJMPLicense.cmd file provided with this note.
  2. Run the File
    Double-click the ClearJMPLicense.cmd file to execute it.
    Note: No confirmation prompt will appear upon completion.
  3. Launch JMP
    Open JMP. You should be prompted to enter an email address for authorization.
