If a prior JMP Subscription was activated on your machine and you need to enter a new serial number, upon launching JMP you may find that there is no option to enter your new serial number. In that situation, please close JMP and then download the following reset tool for your correct operating system:
After you download the tool:
- Unzip the file (Windows only)
- Run the executable
- Restart JMP
- Enter the new serial number
- Select automatic activation
