Updating JMP 18 will break the Python Integration using Repair or Modify to install. Repair and Modify do not properly install the DLLs (Python files) folder needed to run the Python integration in JMP 18.
Uninstall JMP 18 from your machine. Re-install the JMP 18 update (e.g., 18.1). Doing so will avoid the "Modify, repair, or remove the program" dialog.
These steps will properly install the DLLs needed to run the Python integration.
With JMP18.1 installed, is there any possiblity to add the dlls?
.. besides uninstalling and installing it again?
Maybe with these instructions Re: Issue installing sklearn python package with jpip - JMP User Community but I would just uninstall and install to avoid any possible issues (and that is what I did when I learned about this issue).
Ah, Ok.
then better check the DDL folder before deleting JMP. Maybe it's not necessary to delete it.
