Hi, it looks like you want to compare means between groups: in the pull-down menu you showed, select Compare Means and then choose the method that bets suits you.

 

However, the plot in your screen capture shows only 1 point per category; if it is the case, there is no point using means comparisons (no way for JMP to evaluate the error on the means). Do you happen to have the data in another format with each observation included?
