Upon further investigation, it appears that causal inference is supported in JMP Pro 19. I would appreciate it if anyone could confirm whether similar functionality is available in the standard version of JMP as well.
Most likely it is only JMP Pro feature Fitting Linear Models > Causal Treatment Models as it has the JMP Pro icon.
