missing STIPS course data file

I can not find the Chemical Manufacturing.jmp file in the course data folder when using the virtual lab.

just load it from the samples/STIPS folder:

dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/../STIPS/Chemical Manufacturing.jmp"  );
