invert y-axis

Yes.  Double click on the Y axis and switch the max and min values.

but if I create graphs using the "By" field and I get, say, 10 sub-graphs, that means I have to do this on every 10 graphs, which is not time efficient. Any way to do this when creating the graph?

thanks

Good point. However, you can add the reversed limits in the Axis property to force all the sub-plots to have the same y-axis settings. First make a rough graph without "By" to get an idea of appropriate max and min etc and then enter those in the Axis property of the column.
