incorrect values on labels in graph

I am trying to display the mean value at each timepoint in the graph below. However, the value label is completely incorrect. I'm unclear on what I'm doing wrong.

I have not been able to replicate your findings using 17.2

can you supply an example of your data

It looks like my column settings for this column had the data type as character. This would explain a lot! Thanks for your help.
