how do I calculate duration of time between days?

Hi All,

I am new to JMP.  How do I calculate the difference between time? For example, when I use JMP to calculate the duration of time for 1Jan2021 11:45PM and 2Jan2021 12:30AM, I get a negative number instead of 45 minutes.
