The default execution of JMP will open the different windows ad widths that are appropriate for the given display. However, if you approach your work through JMP Projects, you will get a single window environment with sub windows tabbed from the primary window, opening is a full window display.
To use this approach, start up JMP, and then go to
File=>New=>Project
and then do all of your table opening, and analysis within the project window
