is it possible to modify a part of the screen in the project: see the image.

I would like to put some colors and titles.

I've no personal experience (to date) but I see that 'Preferences' allows for using a 'new project template' which might be worth investigation.

I'm sorry - It seems I was premature. As usual, there are many enhancements and improvements, and I was using JMP 16. This is a good resource for keeping track of the changes.
