I applied overlay plot in JMP. My data ranges from 0 to 15990. I tried to plot my y-axis in log scale (not log-transform my data). Is there any way to set the minimum value of y-axis as zero? Thank you.
PMroz is correct by deffinition. Yet, there is a plumbers solution of changing zero values to something very small (0.00000001 for example) and then you will get all the values in the graph. Once more, this is not considered scientifically rigorous.
