What is the difference when using response screening vs. T test ?

Hi all,

 

Recently I am looking into the significance of tests for two group of conditions across >2k tests.

Need some advice --> what would be a better way to do so: to use the response screening platform or do a script to get the T ratio & Pvalues from the Oneway platform ? Is there a difference  between both ?

The difference between the Oneway option t Test and the Response Screening F Ratio, is that the Oneway option assumes Unequal Variances, while the Response Screening uses Pooled variances(assumed equal variances).  If you select the Mans/Anova/Pooled t, you will get the identical results from the Oneway analysis and the Response Screening (F Ratio = t^2)
