Test for association between binary observations

I'm looking for a measure of association between 2 different lesions in a population of fish. It is the paired observations I'm interested in - whether the lesions occur together in the same fish or not, not just overall proportions vs expected (I don't know what would be expected). What would be a an appropriate test?

Thanks!

Re: Test for association between binary observations

Good question @fishguy : JMP has an option for that. It is called Bowker's Test in JMP (referred to as McNemar's Test for 2x2 Tables).

Edit: Good article here as well.
