It's hard to help you without any table, scripts or more informations about how you have prepared your space filling design : factors names, types, ranges...
I would guess that the names of the factors do not match exactly the names of the factors mentioned in your constraint (or maybe the factors names have been changed after defining the constraint ?), hence the error you find, as JMP is not able to link the factors mentioned in your constraint to the ones in your design.
Can you provide more infos if the names mismatch is not the reason behind this error ?
Since your constraint is quite simple, you can also define it using Specify Linear Constraints with a little reworking on the expression : Power - 70*N2 > 0. This way, the constraint automatically have the right factor naming, so it can help avoid errors.
