Sherlock Add in Not working

The lotid button and the waferid button do not work when I click them to add the lot and wafer columns. The y,x and response buttons work. When I try to drag and drop the lot columns and wafer columns into the correct boxes and run the program, I get a "name unresolved: wafer level in access or evaluation of 'waferlevel', waverlevel/*##*/ " error. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this? See attached picture

I am not familiar with a Portal to Sherlock JMP Addin.  I searched the Addin Library in the JMP File exchange and did not see any reference to it.  Are you sure the Addin comes from the JMP folks or from the Community?  Could it be local to your organization?

If you don't have support people to answer the questions, you can peek into the add-in like this:

From the View->add-ins menu, select the add-in, then click the link to its directory.

If you get lucky, you'll see a JSL file that has some documentation.

View->add-ins. You might get an answer from the home folder's name.
