You can do it via SAS, however SPSS data files cannot be directly imported to JMP 8 as far as I an tell.
You can try StatTransfer (http://www.stattransfer.com/), a multi-platform software that can convert between many statistical file formats. It fully supports reading/writing SPSS-files, and can certainly export to something JMP can read. I have not tried later versions.
