Repeated measures anova with fixed effect

Hello,

I'm new to JMP, and have not been able to figure this out..

In my trial, I've obtained blood from 10 patients to evaluate 5 different biomarkers (these are not to be run against each other). Within each of these marker-groups, each patient is represented at 5 different points (each patient is represented in serum timepoint 1 and 2, plasma timepoint 1 and 2 + one more) and those I do want to compare against each other. Thus, I want to run an repeated-measure ANOVA with "patient" as fixed effect. Is this possible in JMP?

Thanks heaps,

Lars

hi larsenelund,

perhaps this link can help:

Full Factorial Repeated Measures ANOVA Add-In

at the end of the page there are links to videos that demonstrate it very clearly.

Re: Repeated measures anova with fixed effect

There is also a Mixed Model example in the Help system that has Fixed and Repeated measures.

Thank you, that was spot-on!
