Probably not a hardware problem. Tech support can help figure it out.

Thank Craige!

 

I still find it stable to use JMP 14 in Windows 7.
But I'm using the same JSL, working on the same structure file.This problem did not arise before.
 
 
I thought I recently tried to install win10, win11.In the end, it's all about reverting to win7 and using JMP 14.
