Question about JMP support

Quick question for the group--

Is support@jmp.com still the right place to send support questions? I’ve reached out twice on the same topic over the past 2 months and haven’t heard back, and I’m trying to understand whether I should be using a different channel, or if I just need to approach the question differently...

Here's what I'm asking:

"Years ago I created an account on the JMP community, and posted a number of different things under my username, BHarris.
 
"Today, I went to log in, and it took me to the my.jmp.com login, where I used my current company email address, (new email), and it made me create a new username, BHarris2.
 
"Is there a way to merge those two accounts?  I’d like to end up with an account with the email (new email) and the community handle (old handle).
 
"Thanks in advance!"

Hi @BHarris. While the community platform does not support merging accounts, we can associate your new email address to your previous account - which I have done. Please sign out of the community then sign in again using the new email address. Your username should be BHarris (rather than BHarris2).

Yes, support@jmp.com is the correct email address. Do you have a case number for this issue as I was unable to find one based on your email addresses? Thanks.

I would guess as that email is still found from JMP User Community / Support .

I never got a case number or any kind of response (unless it went to junk mail and was subsequently deleted).  If it helps, my first message was sent on 10/16/25 at 3:28p (Central).

Adding the new email to my account worked, thank you!
